What is worth reporting
- Wrong opening hours
- A place that closed or moved
- A dead phone number or a number that changed
- A fare, fee, or price that is out of date
- Requirements that changed — documents, queue times, which window to go to
- A pin in the wrong spot on the map
- Anything factually wrong in an article or answer
Small things count. A phone number one digit off is worth reporting.

What happens next
- It gets checked. Someone calls or goes there.
- The date updates. Every corrected fact gets a fresh confirmation date.
- You get credited if you left a name, and you earn points toward your trust score.
- Nothing is quietly edited. Facts that changed keep a note saying what they were before.
